Hi UKtopshops
Don't know about TradeDoubler but I work with Webgains and Buy.at and find them both to offer a great service.
Hiya
I did a thread around a month ago now stating how Tradedoubler are simply poo, Well they are even worse now
I got an email from joey vandeworm this morning asking me to fill yet more forms for this lost commission (£90.00) Of which I did, I then sent him a quick email asking why I had to fill in yet more forms???? Okay it was a rushed on and I did not add my name,
Got back a very insulting email, saying I was not professional and he was "helping me out" sorry thought that was their job to track our commission??? correct me if I am wrong, funny how certain emails get misconstrude, All i aksed was why I had to fill in the same form three times??
ANYWAY
I am now done with tradedoubler I have so far deleted over 100 of their links on my shopping site and will be proceeding throughout the day, this is the second time I have been insulted by their staff and the 6th time my commission has gone missing and basically getting a bit sick and tired, of filling in their forms over and over. I have switched the shops from them to affiliate future and window, and have been trying out webgains, who are ace!!!
Is it only me who has these troubles with them? do any of them read these boards? oooooooooooooooooo in a real grrrrrrrrrrrr mood today I am!!!
