I think they have had problems with emails going to the spam cans!
Prob best to call them
I contacted TD support early last week and still haven't received a response. I was just wondering how long it takes to get a response on average these days?
Personally, I think any longer than 48 hours isn't good![]()

Hi Munchkin,
I am surprised to hear that you did not recieve a response from the TradeDoubler Support team as we have been working hard to clear all support queries at least 2 times a day.
As Lee kindly informed you we are currently experiencing some difficulties with our SPAM filter and would be a good possibility that this is the cause of the email dissapearence.
TD are investing in a ticketing system to stop these problems from occuring and will be setup ASAP.
In the mean time please contact myself on 0207-798-5851 or email me at Ryan.Vaughan@TradeDoubler.com if you find that your support emails are not being answered within 2 days and I will help out where I can.
Kind Regards
Ryan Vaughan
ps: Munchkin please email me your support query if you still need help.
Thanks for the info guys. Ryan, I'm going to send you an email through right now![]()
People have had issues in the past with TD support (as has been documented on this forum(, but I must say, recently, I've found it to be pretty good so congrats to TD
I would agree with this, had some problems over the past few months with missing commissions etc, but over the past couple of weeks, support has really improved - especially in email response time.
Much better![]()
I emailed the person shown on my account as my contact - Sanjeev - re a specific question on a link & he came back to me very quickly. So well done TD.![]()
I've been pretty vocal in my grumbling about TD support in the past. It has to be said that they really have pulled out their collective fingers (so to speak) and I have noticed a very marked improvement in response times and more usefully in the quality and depth of the replies.
Keep it up TD - it suddenly feels like a team game again.
I will second what Bob and the others say. Things have improved dramatically in the last few days... Support staff like Ryan really seem to be on all the ball. Keep it up TD![]()
