Ebookers graphics missing!

Has anyone else noticed that their ebookers graphics are missing? I have a search box served by TD & the graphics are gone. They're all missing on the TD site as well under links for Ebookers.

I have just checked the links for ebookers and everything seems to be working fine.

I am currently on my home PC & will check again when I get to work.

If I view my flights page - 2nd advert down - the form is there but no graphics - see http://www.puertopollensa.com/flight...a-majorca.html If I log in to TD & select Ebookers & look at the lists of links the graphics are not displaying for any of them.

All other TD graphics are displaying fine.

I have just checked your site and can see the full creative including the graphic.

As you can see and view all other TradeDoubler creatives but cannot see the graphic from the image I am pretty sure that you are blocking the domain that is hosting the image. The image is being pulled from this URL http://ebookers.m7z.net/content1.ebo.../UKv4/tiny.gif

Perhaps your ad blocking or antivirus software is blocking this domain. Please check your PC and let me know if it solves the problem.

Hi again,

have just checked from my office PC & the graphics are fine. So as you say I'll need to check the Norton/IE settings at home. Althought this is a bit of a worry if potential customers have the same issues.

Hi,

Glad that you can see the creatives. It is a worry but unfortunately these programs are designed to block ads too. It's interesting that they have blocked the Ebookers domain and not the TradeDoubler domain in this case.

Rest assured that if anyone clicks on your link it will still track the sale as it is only blocking the Ebookers domain.
