Hi, Georgie
I am the webmaster of PopVoucher - Discounts,Discount shopping,Coupons,Promotional codes,Online Shopping,Voucher codes,Special Offers, and got some problems, see if you can help me. I tried to contact td by submitting "contact support" forms twice. However, I have received any reply.
Our site ID in tradedoubler is 1452791. Two things,
Firtstly, I counldn't save my account information because I don't have a valid company registration number. I hope to remove this setting on my account.
Secondly, due to lack of correct payment information, last month's payment to my account was failed. After that, it seems no further sales generated. It's a little bit abnomal, and the period setting on Account Snapshot has stayed on "last week" for more than two weeks. I am wondering if there is any problem with my account.
Cuz I am in overseas now, so email reply is highly appreciated. admin@popvoucher.com

Hi,
I would like to have the ability to add different bank accounts for cross boarder accounts. That way my Euro commisions can go into my Euro account and £ commisions goes into my Sterling account. I will then not have to pay bank conversion charges.
Regards
Peter
Probably not as complex a change as some have asked for, but would be useful nonetheless. When requesting linking code, I always click 'Open in Same Window' and untick 'use cache prevention'. Would it be possible for these options to default to what was last used by the user. Secondly, could we have an option to add 'rel="nofollow"' to the code?
Ta very much.

Hi all,
Thanks again for all your valuable feedback. You’re certainly keeping our developers busy :-)
Today we launched a Publisher self end functionality. You can now end your relationships with advertisers you are no longer using. This will help you clear up your interface and reporting but most importantly it will help you optimise your performance on AdMatch (contextual) and MyShop (product search) by only displaying results for accepted programs.
You can end a relationship by visiting the specific programs 'overview page'. You can reconnect automatically at anytime should you change your mind. If you do this you will automatically be placed in the general segment for that program.
In the near future we will also be adding a drop down list of reasons for ending your relationships. This will give advertisers feedback to help them improve their programs.
We also launched a few other key features this month:
• My Programs Report: This now includes your segment and the entire event Ids for the program. We have also included last modified dates so you can see when your segment changed.
• You can preview ads in pools whilst searching for ads in the publisher interface.
• Publishers can now preview destination URL’s for ads before adding the code to their site.
Look forward to your feedback and more requests!
Cheers,
Andy
Suggestion No.1
From a merchant/agency perspective I'd like to be able to 'flag' rogue affiliates within the interface to TD staff who can then remove them from the network. Something simple like a 'report' button would do.
The team here at BB have seen an enormous increase in applications to our programmes though TradeDoubler which are all obviously fake. Random @ yahoo.co.uk adresses for example claiming to own FT.com, TimesOnline etc. Then of course you have other affiliates claiming to own and run ukoffer, shopsafe an myvouchercodes. Come on, seriously!
On occasions when these have slipped though the net it comes as no surprise that the same affiliate then goes on to put through fraud sales no doubt using fraud credit card details in the hope that they get paid the commission (maybe even the product if they are lucky). We then have to go through the process of trying to get TD support to remove these fraud sales before they get paid. It all makes TD look bad and damages the reputation of the network as a whole.
These applications should be kicked of the network from the word go. If not, at least allow us to 'show' TD what they have let through onto their network in the first place.
Cheers
Paul

Suggestions No.2
Allow merchants/agencies to amend sales that are incorrect or require adjustments without having to go though the proceedure and sometimes pot luck process of using TD support.
By all means make merchants stipulate reasons for doing so but don't treat us like kids.
This type of functionality exists on other networks such as AW, CJ etc and works like a dream.
For a couple of weeks now I've been trying to reverse test sales put though the TD test affiliate account which I then asked to be removed. Turns out they were never reversed by TD and now have moved into the approved status and presumably paid out. In monetary terms it's only peanuts but in theory our client has been billed because TD never did the job correctly. Given the power I could have done it in 60 seconds.
Cheers
Paul
Hi Paul,
Thanks for the suggestions. Here is some feeedback.....
Issue 1: Without giving too much away I am pleased to say that we are currently working on a project that will solve this issue. Unfortunately, I cannot give you a time frame for this because its at such an early stage.
Issue 2: The process for cancelling/removing sales is also being changed slightly. If you have any thoughts or suggestions on how you would like this to work please drop me an email.
Kind regards,
Andy
Excellent news! Well done, Andy, keep 'em coming. Any update on bi-monthly payments?Today we launched a Publisher self end functionality. You can now end your relationships with advertisers you are no longer using. This will help you clear up your interface and reporting.

No problem. Its useful functionality!
As for twice monthly payments I dont have any further news to mention now. However, we are working on this and once I have something affirmative you will all be notified.

Andy

Hi Andy
I've just seen this responce and have also added to my other thread Magazine Stand not tracking for me, anyone else?
The lack of service from several members of tradedoubler staff have cost me money. I've asked several times who is the complaints manager, can you answer that?
Thanks
MAlly

Hi Mally,
I can assure you the issue is being addressed internally.
We do not have a complaints manager, however we do have a Head of Publisher Services in the UK who is Lee Griffin. Please contact Lee (0207 798 5882) if you wish to discuss the level of UK publisher support with him.
I hope we can pick this up offline now and keep posts on this thread about future TradeDoubler developments. The feedback so far has been great on this thread and I'd really like to keep the ideas/suggestions coming through.
Regards,
Andy
Might have been covered, but:
(a) I would like to print the terms for a merchant.
(b) and print the link information.
At the moment they appear in pop up boxes without toolbar, print or any facilities.
Using latest version of Firefox.
