I'm sat waiting on two enquiries regarding the iTunes ap, and I've long given up trying to get a response regarding the National Lottery ap. Someone at TD needs to pull their finger out.
I find it a little ironic that while TD have some of the most brand protective merchants out there, inevitably prompting specific enquiries from affiliates, they're sooooo slow in responding to the specific enquiries.
Other than having one the least intuitive reporting/admin areas of any of the networks, I find the lack of response the most frustrating part of working through TD.
It seems to me that it's down to specific TD staff. I've had incredible help/response from a number of the TD staff with regards to the main Apple ap.
Oh well, next!
