Hi All,

We are building a self-service Knowledge Base/FAQ library which will answer the majority of your questions in one easy place; once you have logged into the TradeDoubler website.

We would like to invite you to take part in a research session with the aim of finding out more about the support you need from TradeDoubler. The research sessions will help us to ensure that the knowledge base is structured in a way that makes sense to you and that the content held within the knowledge base meets your needs.

If you have 60 minutes of time to spare on the 19th March, then we have 6 (individual), hour long research sessions that we will schedule between 10am and 5pm. The research sessions will be held at TradeDoubler’s UK offices in London Victoria.

During a research session, you will be asked a few questions about your experience of using affiliate marketing services, and you will take part in an exercise that involves grouping cards that represent customer queries and support information relating to our affiliate marketing service.

When you email us, please let us to know whether you are;

  • A publisher with little experience of affiliate marketing


  • A publisher with experience of working with TradeDoubler;


  • An experienced affiliate marketer who has used TradeDoubler extensively.


Please also provide us with your TradeDoubler username and let us know your preferred session time from the list below:

  3. 12.30pm – 1.30pm
  4. 2.30pm – 3.30pm
  5. 3.45pm - 4.45pm
  6. 5.00pm – 6.15pm


We can also help you with your travel expenses and it is helpful to have an indication of these in advance so we can reimburse your travel costs on the day of the session.

When you email us, we may ask you some further qualifying questions to check that you meet our criteria for the research plan and we will then confirm whether we can schedule you for a research session.

As there are only 6 participants required please let us know ASAP and we will contact you at the first available opportunity to let you know if you meet the criteria.
