Is it just me, or do Tradedoubler simply not reply to emails sent from their "contact us" section or direct emails even ??

I've sent them a few emails now, wanting to relay something in writing and they simply don't reply!

Im still waiting for reply re my ended affiliation with halifax car insurance and esure, despite replying to the email stating i wish to continue and explaining why, i was ended without notice, i then rang td, was told to email, i did, no response... help please.
