I've already received link switching suggestions from 2 networks, better hurry up TD...
Since TD seem incapable of responding to ANY of my recent emails or messages via their contact form I've decided to implement my own incentive scheme for them.
Every day they don't reply I'll switch my links from TD to a rival network across all our sites.
Today's lucky winner is... Affiliate Window who are now getting all my Halfords traffic.
I'm open to suggestions for tomorrows link switching fest. Feel free to post here or PM me with suggestions...

I've already switched all of them I can from TD... why wait?
Procrastination guru
I've been a Tradedoubler affiliate since 2001 and have seen my annual commisson payments from them rise from 2 figures to 6 figures (and down again since AW bagged loads of their blue-chip companies) and I've met some really nice TD staff so I'm hoping this is just a blip and they'll sort out the communications problems and I can get on with adding links again.

Sorry to keep posting to my own thread but the response via MSN, telephone and emails from the OTHER networks has been amazing (one within a few seconds of me posting) and I have a LONG list of programs to switch.
So the one network that doesn't want to communicate with me today is TD, ARRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!

this is quite shocking - I cannot believe that TD aren't responding to this thread either openly or by PM to your goodself, Joe.
I've become very jaded lately with the response and the disinterest from some of the networks just lately - I'll be completely redoing all my pages soon, as I transfer them to my new, super duper site and I'll certainly be looking at ditching some networks and merchants where I can, and getting tougher with others - gone are the days of friendly banter and loyalty - it apparently doesn't work both ways.
see you next week![]()

They may not monitor owing to the kicking affiliate give to networks in general, you know the say 'you can please all the people some odf the time but not all all of the time...' and unfortunatly mud sticks.
I'm pleased to report TD do keep an eye on the forum and earlier this evening I received a telephone call from Mirja Meissner (who must have drawn the short straw) at TD and we had a frank exchange of views.
Mirja is going to organise some MSN contact points publishers can use to get in touch with TD and they will be posted, and make sticky, on the TD forum.
To summarise, within the TD interface, I have found 4 different contact points:
1) The support form accessed from the left menu which didn't work for me - twice.
2) The "Publisher Manager" hyperlink and associated popup below the account snapshot area which I didn't spot until today so I didn't try that.
3) The list of account managers accessed from the right hand "Account Manager Contact Details" hyperlink, which I tried without success.
4) The account manager listed in each of the program info screens, which I tried without success.
Neither the email address in the account managers list nor the email address on the program info screens (which are different) worked so those lists need updating (or removing) and despite submitting 2 separate support requests through the support form Mirja could not find them so something needs fixing there too.
As discussed in another TD thread a ticketing system would be a good solution and now I have spotted I have a Publisher manager I will make that person my first point of contact and would urge TD to make these staff members available by email, MSN and telephone.
Bottom line is it took me 10 days and a forum outburst to resolve my problem but Mirja has reassured me they are working on a solution which will ensure publishers and publisher managers can contact each other effectively in the very near future.
I'm also pleased to report, thanks to Mirja, my problem has now been resolved.

well - I don't seem to have this? Is it only available to the select few?The "Publisher Manager" hyperlink and associated popup below the account snapshot area which I didn't spot until today so I didn't try that.

Hi Joe,
Thanks for the open chat yesterday as well as your post afterwards. Your feedback is definitely appreciated.
Now that the pressure is on..I would like to address some specific things you mentioned:
1.) Our Client/Account Manager details will be updated today still. You can find them on our interface as well as via this link: TradeDoubler - Account Manager Contact Details
2.) On Monday I will post a list of those Client Managers that have a particular publisher focus - with their email addresses and IM details.
3.) The two tickets/support queries you submitted didn't get lost and you should have received a reply today. I guess it was due to my bad searching skills that I didn't find them yesterday while we were on the phone..So at least the technolgy didn't let us down!
Again, apologies for our slow response time. We are defintiely addressing this internally.
Have a great weekend.
Thanks, Mirja

Congratulations Renegade! You have succeeded where i am currently failing i.e. getting a response.
I have lost all respect for TD - a bunch of amateurs in my opinion
I've still had no success, there's one program I deal ITU via tradedoubler. And I've been in touch direct to solve my problems. It would be great if they moved to another affiliate merchant that has support!

Have you tried contacting Mirja by MSN at the address in her post above?

No mate, I rang them for the fourth time today about the same query.. A tech guy was supposed to be checking my links were working correctly and tracking sales however as I thought 3 weeks ago, it never tracked a test sale made and paid for by myself.
I'm sure merchants only pay affiliate networks per sale generated, so I've no idea what bussiness can run if its getting no sales!
I've lost confidence, many more have also. Good to here your probs are sorted!
