Magazine Stand not tracking for me, anyone else?

Hello All

I've had about 600 u/v to magazine stand, all going to deeplinks to particular magazines.

Not a single sale!

I got intouch with tradedoubler by email, by phone about 2 weeks ago and I'm still not convinced about the tracking.

I completed a test purchase today, my money etc via my link and 4 hours later the sale is still not appearing on my stats..

1. Has any body on here had a sale on Magazine Stand?
2. Should it be me, the affiliate, having to carry out test purchases with my own money?

Ok, 5 weeks after reporting problems with the links tradedoubler have finally investigated and now say that deeplinking does not work with Magazine Stand.

So all affiliates promoting magazine stand, don't deeplink!

Use the link that goes to the merchants home page!

Funny how I was told this and when I login to tradedoubler, you can still click on the deeplinks creater for this merchant. IT NEEDS TURNING OFF TD!!

I'm sure other affiliate networks would send out an email telling affiliates about these problems, however you can't expect that from tradedoubler!

The service at Trade Doubler is rubbish, the worst I've seen from any affiliate merchant.

I've just sent this email which ties in with the above post.

They are still showing the deeplink option for this merchant when they know it doesn't track. for anyone who has done PPC on magazines, you always sent a person from your page to the actual magazine page, not the home page.

I'm not sure who is best to send this to so I've sent it to everyone.

Can you please reply with the following.

1 - Who is the complaints manager for tradedoubler, I've still not had an answer about this question. Even though I have asked about 20 times in emails I have sent to tradedoubler.

2 - WHY do you still have the deeplink feature shown on the program magazine stand? You have already admitted the tracking does not work when you use it and that affiliates will not be credited with the sale.

3 - Since dropping the deeplinks and sending people directly to the homepage I have seen 15 leads/sales. This proves the deeplink does not work which you have already confirmed hence why are you still showing this option.

I have made this public to show any future merchants take note of how affiliates feel and also it might help generate interest from a "Manager"

I'm not talking about an account manager but a manager that supervisors account managers!
