Kelkoo Tracking seems to have stopped at 2am this morning

Even though rev seems a little lower today, I have looked at the epi report & it seems a steady flow of traffic & don't notice anything immediate. Though just because it seems okay for one person it doesn't mean its not for another. Sorry i cannot help any further, as i can only go by my own epi reports.

Seeing similar, reports go up to 5am for one of my sites, and 12pm for another, zilch after that

Hi Guys,

We are investigating this at the moment.

Looking at our reports for the programme as whole it appears that the traffic/clicks/revenue is consitent with previous days so it may be that the system is updating our end but not publisher-side.

I will get back to you all later today with an update!

I am chasing the tech guys for an update. Its a strange one as only a few affiliates seem to be having the problem.

The question is when is a gap, not meant to a gap? Whether it be minutes or hours, the latter is probably more detectable for those with a constant stream of traffic however the former may be happening without realising even with a steady flow.

I hope the guys seeing problem have it sorted out for them soon.

I'm not sure how long this has been occurring as it only came to light when, after a sudden drop off in lead conversion, I decided to analyse the event breakdown.

a). All leads from 10th June 0228am through to 11th June 1010am are missing.
b). All leads from 12th June 0955am through to 1735pm are missing.

A friend clicked on one lead during these periods which confirmed tracking was not working.

I have been averaging nearly 2000 leads a day with this program this month so quite a substantial sum needs recovering from somewhere.

Still no update or resoltion given on this one? Still seeing problems with tracking, yesterday seeing a 3 hour gap with no leads being registered

My kelkoo tracking has once again stopped today at 1.45pm with no events recorded after that time, despite having hundreds of clicks since then.
Given this intermittent problem has been ongoing now for over two weeks, possibly longer, you would expect some kind of resolution.
If affiliates are not confident that leads can be recorded accurately, then they will have no option but to move their traffic elsewhere.

Same problem here, tracking stopped at exactly 1.45pm yesterday, have tried getting help but no response, not sure what else to do
