Dear Ann Summers Affiliates

Regretfully the tracking for the Ann Summers affiliate programme is still not functioning correctly and the programme will remain on hold until further notice. We advise all affiliate publishers to pause Ann Summers advertising until these issues are rectified.

Please accept our apologies and be rest assured that testing is taking place and we are looking for a quick resolution to these problems.

When tracking is back in place, we will be promoting the new Rampant Rabbit Heart Throb which can be viewed at Ann Summers: for all your sex toys, lingerie and bondage gear shop online at AnnSummers.com. We are working on the new creative for the Heart Throb and are expecting this product to be a new bestseller.

I received an email that nothing has changed. From looking at the similarities in the Harrods thread from last year, I'm not expecting AnnSummers to come back.

Yeah just got that email too.

IMO it sounds a load of old crap - sorry but seriously how hard is it to open a document and paste some tracking code in it? Even if they have other tracking happening in tandem that they need to integrate with, the timespan is far too long.

Time to move on i think and rejig the site for another merchant, plenty of them out there and many paying much better commissions and in my experience better conversions.

Can't understand how something that apparently was working ok for so long suddenly crashed and takes over 3 weeks to resolve,is it an Ann Summers issue or TD's?

Hi,

I just wanted to pick up on a couple of posts on the thread, posts which in my opinion are completely understandable. There have been truly unexpected issues with the launch of the new Ann Summers site which has led to the issue of the affiliate tracking not being applied in full. Obviously this should have been resolved weeks ago and we are doing everything we can to get this back in place.

Affiliate marketing is one of the most important routes to market for Ann Summers and we are genuinely committed to affiliate marketing and the relationships we have with our affiliates. In the short term the best way for us to repair both is to get this issue fixed as soon as possible, which I would like to stress we are trying to do.

Once this issue has been resolved we will of course be in touch with all our affiliates. In the meantime if you have any issues please call us on 0208 780 4377.

Again please accept our apologies for the continuing delay to the resumption of the Ann Summers affiliate program. The tracking code on the new site is still not functioning correctly but the programmers are working on this now and we are hoping that they will be resolved soon.

As soon as they are we will send out an email to all affiliates and be posting on this forum.
