No response from TD support

Is anyone having trouble getting through to TD support? I've sent a couple of enquiries through recently, and have heard nothing... even on the latest one where I put "URGENT!!!" in the subject header!

Anyone else had poor service, or are they just ignoring me specifically?

Maybe worth reading through Official Complaint about lack of customer services at Tradedoubler and Tradedoubler - who is their complaints manager?

Thanks for pointing those threads out. As it's obviously not an isolated case, I think I might swap out my links for Affiliate Window links for the same merchants. I'm at the point where I have got about £200 in commission that is in limbo, and I can't get it sorted because I can't talk to anyone.

Yep, the tradedoubler is full of threads asking/complaining about lack of support.

Your lukcy if the merchant you want to promote is on affiliate window! I changed what I can to other merchants!

When tradedoubler reply on the forum they alway say the same, where looking to improve, yep right...

Same merchants not paid one has 4 months other 3 months of o/s invoices

I have tried to use support, pM on here but still no payments

Tradedoubler are famous now for their lack of support to affiliates....they have a serious attitude problem!

My suggestion is that if you can run your programmes elsewhere then do so.....I've personally moved all that I can.

They are not interested in their affiliates and it is clear to see that complacency has set in with TD.

I emailed no reply, i will have to ring tomorow.

i also have moved all links i can .

im happy esure sheilas and first alternative have moved to awin my prefered network.

And also now just eat and next day flowers.

Anyone else noticed the sudden surge in merchants leaving TD think it would give them a hint !
