PaddyPower / Tradedoubler affiliate - Delayed payments?!

Anyone else having serious delays in payments from PaddyPower through TD? I hope not, but on the other hand I hope SO, so it's not just me... Any ideas what I can do about it? - I'm staring at payments 3 months + delayed... I'm promised payment in July, but not exactly confident that will happen. I've sent hundreds of new sign-ups to them, but not recieved one dime yet, whilst Ladbrokes & Coral commissions come through with no problem - Any known issues with paddypower out there?

I am feeling your pain had 3 / 4 o/s i cant remember. One has been paid today but 3 others o/2 so frustrating

Hi guys,

I'm sorry to hear of the delays you've experienced. I've checked with accounts and all invoices are paid and up to date. TradeDoubler has notified you will be paid on 15/17th of the month.

OK Thanks for the quick response - I'll post back here after those dates to confirm it all comes through as TD said it would - I understand delays can occur in any system, but no-one wants to do 3/4 months promotion before seeing any prospect of rewards... Fingers crossed, and if it all gets cleared Paddy Power banners will be flying high on my site once more!

Sorry guys about the delay in payment. I've talked to our Accounts department to ensure there's a quick turnaround in payment from now on and this won't happen again. If you're having any problems at all, just give me a shout slambert@paddypower.com

Thanks Sinead@PaddyPower for the speedy response - I can see the due payments have been processed and are now queued up in the TD interface for the next normal payment date. Faith restored! :tup
