Here are some top ideas on how you can maximise your return this summer promoting Tesco Direct:
Are you using targeted creative? Benefit today from the high click-through rate on the Direct banners. The Direct banners will catch your user's eye with the most popular and price leading products available on clearance and take them through to the Direct landing page which will highlight all of the latest top offers.
Are you using the Tesco Direct feed? If so, please ensure you are updating as regularly as possible for the most up to date information on prices and stock.
Are you making the most of your editorial content? There are textlinks available through the interface that you could incorporate into editorial content. Trialling this approach has shown us that conversion rate increases as a result of the extra information that you are supplying your user before they click through to the site. Email us if you need any product information or ideas for copy.
If you are unable to affect the bespoke integration of Tesco Direct links throughout your site and prefer to work with generic links remember that the Tesco affiliate programme is set up to cross track sales across all events. If you bring one of these generic links to a more prominent spot on your site you will generate more clicks and you will earn more commission.

Don't forget the new digital download site that relaunched through the affiliate channel last week. The Digital site is up to date with all of the latest tracks (1.6million are ipod compatible). It costs 79p per song to download, watch out for 'track of the week' for 65p and a selection albums for less than £5. Music and Games are available to download now and TV and Films are coming soon.
There is a full set of creative available through the interface but don't worry if you still have banners live from the old Tesco Download banners - these will update with new messaging and have been set up to track sales on the new site.
