I have a problem with
TD Uk..We are an Italian agency of advertising,and we work very well in the Uk market..We have opened an English account on
Td network and later we are been enabled for international payments..In june we have missed the payment and the error message was "ACCOUNT too long"..maybe the bank account number,in fact in the payment page there is the restriction that the bank must must be 8 digits..and our is more long..The other fields are correct(IBAN,SWIFT AND NAME OF BANK)..i have contacted
td support more than a time..and the response was always this:"It's all ok,you are enabled for int payment"..the same response that we received in May before the first missed payment...What can i do?I have tried to call them,but i had no response..If someone of
TD read this post,our username is Kelkooaff.

P.s. I m sure that another italian agency has received the payment,and the restriction of 8 digits on the bank number wasn't applicated..
