    Dear Ann Summers Affiliate,

    We are pleased to announce that the tracking issue with the Ann Summers affiliate programme has now been resolved in full. As such the programme is tracking all activity in full. As this matter has been resolved we would welcome you to start promoting Ann Summers again and start cashing in on the commissions available.

    We appreciate that the recent weeks have been incredibly frustrating to all concerned but our commitment to the affiliate programme is still as strong as ever.

    In fact with the launch of the new Ann Summers site at Ann Summers: Sex Toys | Lingerie | Rampant Rabbit | Adult Shop Conversion Rates and Average Order Values have already risen. With up to 14% commission available this means even more commissions for you.

    The Rampant Rabbit Heart Throb is here! Ann Summers have just updated their Rampant Rabbit range with a new toy which is already a top seller. Ann Summers are number one when it comes to adult toys and this is a Hot Product for July and August.
    In addition to the new website and the Heart Throb there is also currently a large Ann Summers sale which is backed up in full with a complete suite of creative.

    Even though we don't actively promote Anne Summers, will there be remuneration for those affiliates who were affected for the non tracking period.

    Hi Richard,

    I promoted ann summers heavily and not received any emails or anything.

    Plus i THINK TRACKING IS NOT WORKING AGAIN AND HAS NOT BEEN SINCE FRIDAY OR EVEN THURSDAY.

    Why post in a thread if you have sent an e-mail, all you will achieve is to worry affiliates about the tracking that you are not yet sure is not tracking?

    Quite Simple really.

    First of all like before we all promoted for ages and there was no problem untill affiliates started talking and their was a problem and secondly i never get an email from tradedoubler when I ask a question. Post in thread so they cannot say we didin't know about my problem and hopefully makes them respond, again most times they just don't bother.

    Just sent another email lets hope you gte this, i do never get any replies from tradedoubler though.

    Bagpages - thought there was a tracking problem since friday, this just been posted


    The Ann Summers website is currently undergoing a technical problem which we expect to be resolved very shortly.

    We just wanted to keep you informed at this stage and as soon as we know more we will of course let you know.

    Which ever program, which ever network, it's good to get feedback from other affiliates questioning tracking pertaining to any programs, when often it's found the affiliate posting is not the only one with concerns & hence sharing them in a community environment helps identify problems & prevents other affiliates sending wasted traffic. Often a standard answer by just asking the network is that they turn around & see sales are coming through across network, so they assume tracking & reporting is ok for all affiliates. Some networks & merchants are better at informing than others. Granted the forum is not meant to be a "support" forum, but often where tracking problems have been indentified, these are not communicated to the affiliate base such that it's kept mum. Then when it comes to remuneration, this isn't always given to the affiliate base but only the affiliate that found the problematic tracking & and if they asked for it. You don't get unless you ask.

    Hi Everyone

    I would just like to clarify the problems with the Ann Summers website in order to clear up any confusion.

    The Ann Summers site was down yesterday due to a technical problem which was fixed later in the day.

    Throughout May to the and the first half of July there were tracking problems which were communicated to the affiliates through postings on here and by emails.

    Since the middle of July however tracking has been working correctly.

    However, if you believe you have individual tracking issues then please email at affiliates@annsummers.lroom.net and I can have a look into this for you.

    can anyone confirm if their datafeed for anne summers is working?

    no images are being shown in my datafeed , all the product links go to the homepage , and in the tradedoubler admin it says i have joined and been accepted to the program yet the feed has now disappeared from the datafeeds list??

    have i missed an email or something? can anyone check if they have the same problems?

    Just to confirm RE: product feed, we are working with Ann Summers to get the feed updated since the launch of the new site. At present it is not available in the interface, but will be back up and running shortly.

    We will contact all affiliates by email and on the forum when the feed is live.
