Is anyone else have trouble downloading XML product feeds on TD?

I've repeatedly tried to download feeds with around 20,000 products but they eventually crash and burn.

The technical manager for the Dabs programme has tested the product feed and has advised that it is working okay.

Can you please send me the XML file that you are having problems with to the below email address so that we can investigate further.
