yep just cathcing up on emails. Now cookie period is reduced from 30 days to 3 days. There used to be a few decent affiliate managers at Figleaves. What's happened with the program? Are they struggling?

Anyway I have made first use of the DEACTIVATE button on tradedoubler.
Yes, I've been an affiliate for a very long time and I've probably not done this before - so it's a momentous day.
I've wiped them off one of my sites and I'll start sending my undy visitors to other places.

Yesterday I think. Commissions have all gone through fine the day before. I really can't imagine what they are thinking of? Paying to advertise on TD, then dropping commissions (with no notice), then reducing cookies (with no notice) and now this with... wait for it.... NO NOTICE
Arrghhh!!!!!!

Hi everyone,
I have just picked up the posts regarding 0% commission on Figleaves that kicked in yesterday morning. I must offer sincere apologies here; it was an error that occurred on the TradeDoubler system when we changed the commission rates earlier in the month.
The rates have now been updated on the system and will track all orders at the appropriate rate from this point forward. All orders that were generated yesterday will be retrospectively credited with the correct commission rates and will be included in the next invoice so you will not experience any delay in receiving the commission that you have earned.
On behalf of myself and the team I would like to thank you for your understanding regarding this matter. We genuinely appreciate your flexibility in working with the new terms of the programme. Please feel free to get in touch if you would like to discuss further.
Kind regards,
Victoria

Hi Victoria,
Thanks for posting a message and explaining what will happen.
Can you just give me a little more detail please? You said "All orders that were generated yesterday will be retrospectively credited with the correct commission rates and will be included in the next invoice so you will not experience any delay in receiving the commission that you have earned."
Does this mean that the TD interface will be updated, or will the missing commission be added manually to the next invoice? E.g. if I use the TD reports will I see commission for Figleaves for the 15th Dec, or will it always be £0?
thanks.
I have to say, if you were *trying* to kill an affiliate scheme the number one thing to do would be to erode affiliate trust and confidence in being paid the correct commissions.
I understand human error exists but this error on top of the recent commission changes could see figleaves lose out on significant affiliate revenue. Poor show.
