This offer used to track brilliantly for me - however our last automatically tracked sale happened on 10 December 2007 - that's right! 2007!

I reported it at the time and every so often i get an email (every 3 months or so) telling me it's now fixed because sales are being recorded. I've also been through 3 members of staff now (due to staff changes at TD, and everytime we seem to go back to square 1)

I'm convinced the only sales being recorded are my untrackeds that I have to submit EVERY week without fail. Surely this isn't good practice as it creates more work for us and for TD.

Can anybody else here say whether king.com tracks for them or not as i don't know what else to do, i've tried changing links but nothing helps.

Same here mate.

My last tracked sale was 2007 but pretty much every week since I have submitted untracked requests to have it credited manually.

I have emailed several times but haven't even had replies, let alone answers.

This is creating more work across the board so hopefully something can be done about it as the programme is pretty good and deserves a higher position on my sites.

We've seen leads and sales for King.com this year (and in Dec 08) but it should be a better performer imo.

Could you let me know which graphic you use as maybe some of the links work and others don't?
