    Anyone else having problems logging into the TD account?

    For the last few days all I get is "error 500 - internal server error".

    Hi joedy,

    Th internal "error 500 - internal server error" is usually caused by cookie blocking.

    We have had some reports that some Internet security software sometimes adds TradeDoubler - The European Affiliate Network to the list of blocked domains. If this is the case you will need to:
    - check whether you are blocking TradeDoubler - The European Affiliate Network
    - check whether you have added TradeDoubler - The European Affiliate Network to your safe list
    - check any new or existing security software to see if you are blocking TradeDoubler - The European Affiliate Network
    If you are using Internet Explorer:
    - Go to Tools > Internet Options > Security and then first check restricted sites to make sure TradeDoubler - The European Affiliate Network is NOT listed there
    - Secondly you should check Trusted Sites (also under Internet Options > Security) and ADD TradeDoubler - The European Affiliate Network to that list


    If you are using Firefox:
    - Go to Tools > Options > Privacy, click on the exceptions under cookies and make sure TradeDoubler - The European Affiliate Network is NOT listed there

    Thanks Salla, I use Firefox and it was listed in exceptions. Don't how it got in there!
