    Hello,

    I raised a ticket in my TT admin panel on the 28th August and I've yet to receive a response.

    Don't you get alerted to these? Do I have to nudge you each time I raise a ticket?

    Hi Ben,

    Apologies that you've not had a response to your ticket yet. Your ticket actually goes straight to the merchant, and they should of course have replied by now.
