Do Swiftcover Pay?

Hi

Been delivering sales for Swiftcover as far back as April. They are just building up in the "Not Yet Paid By Merchant" section. Are they not paying their bills and if so what is being done about it?

i was wondering the same thing.... i have been producing sale and had no payout yet

Hi Bowker,

Thanks for getting in touch. We have a good relationship with Swiftcover and they will be paying their invoices (i.e. they're not in dispute or refusing to pay), however as this merchant is being managed by an agency I will need to speak with them to find out when you should expect payment for these sales.

I will speak with the agency today to find out exactly when we should receive payment - you'll then receive payment within 7 days. I will contact you directly via your Tradetracker interface/email.

Hi Bowker,

Just spoken to them again and they've said we should receive payment this week, again, once it's marked as paid you'll be paid within 7 days, so not long now.

I'll keep an eye on it and contact you at the end of the week if it's not been received.

Also when they do make payment can you confirm if it will be to clear all outstanding commission from them (ie everything currently in "Not Yet Paid by Merchant")?

Hi Bowker,

Just tried calling you but couldn't get through so I've sent you an email to the address registered with us.

We expect to receive payment on the 18th, it then takes 7 days maximum for you to be paid.

Please give me a call on 0203 11 66 523 when you get this to discuss.
