Email address change for publisher account

Hi there,

How can I change the email address associated with my TT publisher account - the one listed within "General data" ("Account" tab)?

For future reference, how can I contact TT support with queries not related to any specific merchant? Email listed on the website "affiliate.support.uk [at] tradetracker [dot] com" does not work - messages bounce back.

Hi Sebastian,

To change your email address you just need to go to 'General' > 'Account' > and there should be a small 'edit' hyperlink at the bottom right hand corner of the general data box.

As per this screenshot



You can change this for other users by going to the 'Users' tab within your 'Account' tab.

I've notified our development team that the support email address on site isn't working - thanks for letting us know.

thank you for your quick response.

I've already checked that screen but unfortunately, when I click the "Edit" link, email address field is not editable, similarly to "Company name" field value - hence my question.

Aha ok,

If you could email me your username, plus the address that you'd like to now use, I will see if I can work out what's wrong and make the change for you.
