We also get this every week, and I've talked to others who said THEY also get sales cancelled every week.

It was suggested by one of them, that if they take a few 3-4 sales off every affiliate who sells for them, they will be saving a small fotune.

The same bloke told me they pass sales over to their inhouse phone team from on-line affiliates

Can I just say that our cancellation rate is no different to any other OTA or tour operator. Travel industry cancellation rates vary from 9% to 15% and our site sits somewhere in the middle of these. We send over 750,000 passengers away every year and have a 90% customer satisfaction score higher than most tour operators plus we are on of ABTA's largest members - our affiliate programme is one of the strongest in the travel industry with many satisfied affiliate partners who continue to enjoy great success and conversion from our programmes. It is and will remain an important channel for us and we are culturally not a business that would knowingly manipulate the bookings as one of your members suggest. We have over 3,000 satisfied affiliate partners and we will continue to grow this area of our business. The reason you see canceled bookings every 5 days is this is the window set by Affiliate futures to cancel off any "un-shipped bookings".

The facts are that On the Beach is one of the most successful affiliate programs in the market place.

I think the comments in this thread are not reflective of the program performance and there are some assumptions that are pretty poor in my opinion.

To be totally objective calculate your overall earnings per click on this program every month and benchmark against other like minded travel programs. I think the 'but' will be quickly removed from the title.

Yes - On the Beach do have search creative - deep linking to destination level, they are looking at creating a full HTML panel, to link to the exact results, but this isn't quite ready yet.

Would you be able to take an i-Frame? If so, please let me know and ill see if we can set one up for you in the short term.
