    Hi Guys

Can anyone help on the hotels side.

Anyone done some split testing or got hard facts and figures they are willing to share for which affiliate programme converts the best out of Hotels.com (Expedia) or Booking.com (Priceline).

Ideally looking for best CTR to Conversion (sale) figures.

We want to use an XML feed on a number of websites with 50k+visitors a month - of which we believe around 50% are looking for some form of accommodation... so every 1% conversion coudl make a massive difference earnings-wise.

Thanks in advance for anyone's help and guidance
    Cheers

you could split test this yourself using GWO

I ran split testing with superbreak/laterooms and found higher conv with LR but higher AOV and revenue from SB

It also depends on your traffic and demographics so a test someone else ran won't necc mean it'll work for you in the same way

    finally worth checking out sletoh

I've generally found Booking.com to convert at a higher rate(particularly on european sites) but it does depend on destination. Also remember if you're using XML feeds etc issues on your site could hamper conversion (or simply reduce the number of cookies being dropped on browsers)
