Hi,

I'm looking for affiliate marketing programmes in the USA and I've realised that very few airlines do actually have one.

The ones that I have found are:

- JetBlue
- Hawaiian Airlines (adsense)
- Alaskan Airlines

That's it!

Why is this? What's happening? How can the country that invented the internet have such few airlines with affiliate programs?
