I dont do much car hire business, but I am looking to offer options from the main spanish airports.

Can anyone suggest a good affiliate programme, ie good commission, tracking ease of use etc

I would really suggest the easyCar affiliate scheme - they are also on Zanox (and Commission Junction), and have schemes in France, Germany and the UK, with really great commission structures. They also have 2,400 destination, and have car hire destinations at hundredes of airports and cities all over Spain.
