    have expedia and IAN got something in comman. because a month or so back i tried to sign up to expedia affilate scheme and they declined me as their reason was that i needed between 5000-10000 hits a month. that was the last i heard.

    then suddenly a guy from expedia contacts me and says to sign up to IAN to develop my sites.

    are expedia and IAN related?

    regards
    Mitesh

    Hi All,

    Hotels.com, Expedia and IAN are all operated under the same banner.

    We've had 7,000 impressions and almost 3,000 clicks yet not one sale in Expedia sale yet.

    I've asked CJ about the tracking, sent them the code we're using and not got a reply back.

    Thinking of removing them as our others are doing really well.

    RHR,

    3000 clicks and no sales is not far off our experinece with Expedia. Wowever, we had links to their homepage so expect this is the reason for poor conversion. We are now trying them again with deep links.

    Are you homepage or deep linking?

    @pintofmilk

    my web is not a deep link. a right banner with a good short text and a good web traffic. only that.
    if you don't mind, send me your website and I will show you some sell within 1 week.

    cheers,

    To the holiday offers page. We've never had their hotel deep links.

    We could add an Expedia link to every page on our site, currently on about 20% of them, and I still don't believe they'd track.

    Funny how TD have not joined in the debate here.
