I can download them fine here (using firefox 2.0.0.14)
On the Thomas Cook TV site, there is a facility to download video clips of hotels. Since they launched their "new site" last week, everytime I try to download I just get a "bleep" and nothing.
Are other people able to download or is it my system settings? This is the url:

Works fine for me in IE7.
As they are flash videos, maybe your flash player has become corrupted or similar. Try going to the Adobe site and reinstalling it.
They play in IE 6 and FF2, but downloads only work in Firefox. IE 6 just tells me it can't open the internet site.

It's strange, I can see them but can't download either with IE or Firefox. I'll drop Alex an email at Thomascook.
Thank for the comments.
Thank you to those of you who have emailed me about this.
I have escalated your feedback to the appropriate people and await a response.
Simon.
