UK Rail affiliate program

after nearly 2 years of development, we are now in the final stages of a UK rail ticket solution which is due to go live in July. We will be able to provide typical tiered commissions based on revenue which will be more attractive that our friends at trainline.com.
What i would really appreciate some feedback on is the level of creative we will provide, banners of various sizes would be standard of course but what booking engine components would enable partners to promote rail products?

i am looking at offering partners;
a full size booking engine
a mini booking engine
a train company branded booking engine and supporting route options.

All affiliate tracking will be supported using the ADMETA solution which i have found very effective over the last 5 years on various travel products giving the affiliate real-time reporting/interface etc but what i would really appreciate is your feedback so i can prepare a solution that works for you as we want to position partners as our main distribution method.

Hi there,
We are nearly ready to release the affiliate information which will include very competitive commercials, good creative elements, an IBE you can host ( entry point anyway ) which then enters into our hosted environment which will not offer any other products ( unless you want to customise links for your own affiliate products ) . The IBE is a littler larger than that used on the GNER website ( trainline powered ) and very functional.
Last week we obtained the accreditation from ATOC ( Association of Train Operating Companies ) so its 6 weeks in pilot and then we will launch the site into market late November all going well.

We are managing our own affiliate program which offers excellent reporting with full access to BE using a platform called Admeta. I have used it for years and its very effective, reliable and almost in real-time.

I will update you on the pilot progress and will post contact details here in the next few weeks.

We have the rather uninspiring UK station website (a directory of train stations in the UK ), but it has the potential to generate a few bookings...

thanks for the feedback on this, greatly appreciated. so engine is a must, what format suits and sizing is acceptable. i looked at a eurostar type engine size like the one they do on TD which could position well in a page and then also a mini engine about 140x350 to display in site elsewhere, will that do for starters then we can refine based on partner feedback?

a mini search box like on the GNER site would be cool as well a full booking engine like the one that Leisure Direction has for Ferries, pm me if you want to see that in action.

yes we will provide realtime reporting with individual login for affiliate etc etc. the reporting i called ADMETA if you want to check it out, i have used it for a number of years and really impressed with it a are a number of our partners.
