Superbreak has launched a great new feature on our Commission Junction affiliate programme which will ensure that when transactions are made via our call centre, affiliates are suitably rewarded.
So what is eCall?
There is often a time during the sales process when your visitor would like to speak to someone for more information. eCall is a unique service that can help increase sales by allowing the customer to complete the transaction on the phone.
When the customer clicks on the eCall button, they are asked to complete a form requesting a call-back. eCall then gives the customer a choice of an immediate call-back or one that is timed to suit them.
This technology tracks web based telephone calls from conception to order thus enabling advertisers, networks and affiliates to monitor the true value of their marketing techniques and also ensures that partners are rewarded accordingly.
As important, you can reassure your customers that there is a human presence behind your website.
We are very pleased to have recently won CJ’s innovation in affiliate marketing award which honours CJ clients for their support in moving affiliate marketing forward. eCall is a great example of how we have adopted technology to advance our affiliate marketing programme.
