But you can't be 100% sure that the first cookie dropper sealed the deal. You could have the circumstance where someone clicks on a banner on aff site 1, has a look round the merchant site, then goes off to read some reviews on aff site 2 which seals the deal. Who should get the credit?

Once the cookie stuffing from voucher sites is stamped out, "last referrer wins" should remain as the preferred solution.

Have you started the suspensions already? I can think of quite a few sites, off the top of my head, that fit into your "immediate suspension" category.

We're in talks with the site owner to resolve this and have made suggestions as to changes they could make to comply with our terms and conditions. We've been trying to resolve this for just over 2 weeks now.

If these changes arent made by validations on the 30th then action will be taken
