Red Tape - Visas, etc - Merchant

Hello

I am looking for a merchant who would pay commission for any "red tape" services: visas, insurance... ideally paying commission wherever the lead is coming from (Australia, US, UK or Canada for example).

I know that STA and Traifinders are offering this to their clients...not sure they offer commission on those products though.

Also the download forms & phone number on their pages make me want to find other merchants.

Any ideas please ?
