Has anyone ever issued a D M C A Notice

Has anyone ever had to issue a Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) Notice before?

We've found a site that has completely ripped off every page, link and graphic from our own site. They've even used our "contact us" details for queries about the site.

We've tracked down the site owner as an Australia company, but they will not reply to any emails or other communications sent to them.

We've contacted their hosting company, who will only act upon receipt of a DMCA Notice, which we've now written.

Just interested if other affiliates have experiences of the DMCA procedure they wish to share, either publically or as a PM?
