I don't run your programme myself but if I did, I'd need more notice than a couple of hours.

You might find better take up with a reasonable lead time.

Unfortunately this is what pretty much every travel company does! It's a nightmare for affiliates.

I don't want to speak for Monarch, but I imagine they have the same issue with weekend promotions as Thomas Cook; we too are only able to give limited notice of promotions.

The travel industry revolves around vacant seats and rooms, and therefore we have to leave it as late as possible to announce promotions to ensure availability is in place. It would be pretty frustrating if you spent all week building a campaign around our weekend deals only for them to return no availability.
