I am looking for merchants that have bird watching holidays, tours, cruises, attractions etc.

I've already signed up to responsibletravel and isango who have a number of worldwide holidays but can't find any in the UK.

Are there any merchants who can help?

If you mean UK package product, don't know of any. How about building your own - suggest properties in relevant area of the country people could stay at - that means you can recommend almost everyone who has self catering properties.
