Hey guys. Long time lurker, first time poster.
I'm getting some good traction from US merchants and networks, and the time has come for me to cash in some funds owed to me.

I am in the UK and I have US dollar cheque/check payments covered already - I can deposit those for free and not incur charges, which is very handy. There are a couple of networks who are charging for cheque/check payments (in the case of Impact Radius it's $35), but offer Automated Clearing House (ACH) payments without any surcharge.

My question: are there banks in the UK that can facilitate ACH payments to UK bank accounts?

    Thanks, and cheerio for now.

Yes. I used to do quite a bit with Clickbank in the US and when they switched from cheques bank transfers worked fine into my UK £ account (Citibank) They actually come through faster than UK BACS, payday is Wednesday and money in Thursday - don't know if that's a standard timeframe or unique to Clickbank

Hi jonsp - thanks for your reply. I checked with Citibank as they are my US Dollar account provider, and the person who got back to me was adamant they couldn't do ACH payments. Was this arrangement you had with CB via a branch or postal?

At first I used to get Dollar cheques from Clickbank and post them to my USD Citibank account, never been to their branches, from memory they'd clear in about 3 weeks. When Clickbank changed to bank transfer I'd get them into my Citi sterling account. Maybe Citi mean you can't get ACH into a USD account? My understanding is the Citi USD account isn't the same as a proper American bank account as you can't accept wires etc into it

Ah, you might be onto something there - I'll dig around a bit. Thanks again!
