EUK Hosting - Control Panel

Help!

Earlier this year, I really got into this forum, and wanted to create some websites, however, I tried to run before I could walk, and signed up to a Hosting company, when really I should have taken my time and planned a little better.

Anyway, it put me off for a while, but have just returned from holiday with renewed enthusiasm, but am still unsure how to use their control panel.

I tried downloading a template from Dreamtemplate a few months ago, which suited my idea, but I am bit lacking on how to open it up & edit it, as it came in a zipped format.

I am also unsure of which folder it should be in, and how to then get it on the web.

All this seemed so easy in my dream but now have hit a brick wall, and really want to get over it!

I have checked on youtube to see if there is any explanations, but cannot find any, would anyone who uses EUK be able to assist me at all?

In such situations instead of asking for help in forums you should directly contact the hosting company through Live Chat or Email to get quick solutions.
