Anyone using fasthosts reseller hosting?

Is anyone on here using fasthosts reseller hosting, every time i try to add a new hosting package (that i've created myself) it's trying to charge me (when it should be free), starting to do my head in now..

I've contacted their support lets see how long it takes to respond. Only just signed up with them last night too lol.

Hi Matt,

If they are going to charge you for creating multiple accounts under your reseller hosting account then I'd strictly suggest you to switch the hosting provider. Please update this thread once you get reply from them.

No its all good, just a bit of a learning curve, i've got unlimited domains on the reseller hosting so no complaints about fasthosts here :tup

I currently use fasthosts.

I think you were getting charged for the control panel access for your "buyers"

I have used FastHosts in the past and although the services and support are quite good they were very expensive, and charged for a lot of addons that I would have thought should be free. I have sinced moved to Heart for UK sites and DreamHost for overseas sites. Both are very competitive for price and offer a load of features

Don't know about you but I found Heart to be really slow to load?

Hi, Bit of a strange reply to this thread but I'm looking for a Fasthosts reseller who would like to take over my sites?

Unfortunately my business has suffered lately and is coming to a close. I need to ensure my clients hosting provision continues and the easiest (and most cost effective) way I can think of doing it is by transferring them to another reseller.

There aren't a great deal of sites but if you are interested please get in touch.

There are better resellers out there, I used fasthosts once and once was enough for me to decide that never again. But watch other companies selling reseller accounts because some of them are actually with fasthosts and are reselling reseller accounts.

Companies I stay away from are heart, easyspace,and fasthosts
