UK web hosting with UK based servers

Hello

Does anyone have any good recommendations as to where I should switch all my hosting to for my .co.uk sites? I want to have these sites hosted in the UK with UK based servers (so, unlike 1 and 1 whos servers are in Germany).

Any ideas?

rackspace or daily.co.uk - trust me tried loads, these are the best depending on budget.

One thing I don't like is the fact that Rackspace do not have any prices. I want at least a rough idea before I contact anybody.

I have recently signed up with both Daily and webhostinguk.
Originally went with Daily as they had a great offer on reseller hosting, and as i use them to manage all my domain names (and have always been happy with the service) seemed a good idea.
However I did not realise they didn't use cpanel for the accounts, so couldn't really get my head around the setup (it seems very straight forward, with not many options, but I am just used to being able to tweak most things via cpanel). Also as decided to do the work over the weekend the support wasn't instant, but via email.

Having wasted a large amount of time trying to figure out how the system works decided to call it a day and found webhosting.uk.com. Spoke to them via live chat a couple of times on sunday afternoon, and signed up shortly afterwards. Have since contacted them a couple more times via live chat and must say have been very impressed with the customer service i have received.
I can't comment on uptime (as not been with them very long), but overall so far I would highly recommend them.

i am using webhosting.uk.com for almost a year and their customer service is excellent and 24x7. my server was down last night after a restart - sql failure - but it was fixed very quickly. very satisfied from their service.

Symeon, when your server went down did the hosting company fix it without your needing to let them know a problem existed? I am interested in managed hosting services where the host company pro-actively monitors...

I see that you offer many types of hosting including Linux and Windows. I have sites in perl, php and c# - would i be looking at 2x accounts or is it possible to share bandwidth across two accounts?

Also - are you able to offer Exchange hosting or would I be better to host sites with a hosting specalist and seek out an email specalist for what they do best?
