They have suspended one of my accounts for an unknown reason and i cant get hold of them, submitted a support ticket nearly 2 hours ago but nothing

Opps thats bad to know no one is replying your ticket.

Normally you should be updated with the reason your site is suspended.

Have you checked if you have any billing issue ? is there any pending invoice.

If not why dont you try there live chat support.

Hope they reply you.
