From my experience NetHosted are great, not the cheapest but with managed especially you seem to get what you pay for in terms of support. I'd suggest asking support a question or two before signing up with any hosting company to see what kind of response you get, both in usefulness and response time, it should be a pretty good gauge of the level of support the company might provide down the line.
