I am using webhost.uk.net for 3 plus years , I really liked there service , previously I have been with UK2 and godaddy but had horrible expirence with those host. Wehostuk has been fast presently got 3 accounts with them 2 reseller hosting packages and 1 VPS , I am more than happy to recommend them as , they have always been there to help me for any issues related to my customer. Even today when its holiday time , luke has saved my life thank you to webhostuk.

BadBiz:Are they using India based staff for their tech support/chat? You could look into sending some bailiffs around to their HQ.

The advice i followed was to avoid the large web hosting companies eg 1&1 , hostmonster etc and those that offer dirt cheap prices. Go for medium size companies. You can also try contacting the tech support /sales to see if they bother to reply before you sign up. I would also avoid Cyberhostpro and Heartinternet as well Fasthosts.

I have been with webhost uk for a short time now a couple of weeks and i am impressed with the speed, uptime and support. it is much better than my past host's. my website use to be always up and down with my last host's and now im with webhost uk i havnt had any issues. the only issues i have had are one's which i have caused such as in correct dns, but webhost uk fixed them for me.
