While we're on the subject of hosting can anyone PERSONALLY recommend a host who does:

* Dedicated WIN2K boxes
* Unmanaged or managed
* SQL 2000 rental licensing (on the WIN2K box)
* Remote reboot (preferred but not essential)
* Shared firewall
* 24/7 availability and quick response to any issues
* Must be based in the UK
* Good SLA
* Preferably someone who ONLY does dedicated servers

Price isn't too important, just need first class reliability and service levels.
