Let's sya I run travelportal.co.uk and one of my competitors reg's travel-portal.co.uk and redirects it to their site.

Is their anything I can do?
Any sort of copyright or trademark passing off?

There would be a very strong chance of it yes, but I have read that if you can afford all the variations of something then it`s best to get everything.
