I've successfully ordered expiring names from them in the past.
I've tried to order another two tonight - but their site went down just as it was processing my order, so I don't know if the order succeeded or if my card has been charged.
Unlike some of the others, Snapnames don't operate an auction system, so if they're successful in getting the domain, the first person to backorder the domain with them will get it.
Ah nice one Jeff, I know the auction system on namewinner and pool are annoying, I almost bought barrywhite.com and could have had banneradvertising.com if the bids hadn't gone crazy.
I am going to look into snapnames - I assume if they don't have an auction it's first person to request gets it if they win it..
