Emergency hosting requirement

Hope someone can point me in the right direction for this:

I am looking for a host who can offer:

*Same day setup (which probably means using a subdomain, as I don't want to wait for DNS rollovers)
*PHP
*mySQL
*Full FTP access (not some dodgy "site builder" interface)

Not looking to pay a lot, as I only need this for a few hours. Any suggestions?

www.hostonfly.com do it? I can make a subdomain or something on one of my accounts for you if it does.

Tony03 has offered to help out, but to be honest an additional place to test would be even better.

If you could set something up that would be fantastic. It would be nice to have this problem nailed today.

Hi James,

Thanks for the offer, but I think I am on top of this now. Currently testing on 5 servers, so hopefully I will catch more issues before sending the files out now (although suddenly it has all got rather slow to do!).
