Easyspace parent iomart scoops another award!

Hi all,

I'm delighted to announce that Easyspace parent company, the iomart Group picked up the top award last night by being named Scotland's Digital IT Company of the Year 2011 at last night’s Digital IT Awards. The company beat off over a dozen IT Industry rivals to win the accolade, including Symantec, Brightsolid, Maxymiser, IndigoVision and Atos Origin amongst others.

In announcing the winner, the judges stated that they were impressed with "our focus, determination, leadership, innovation, a very healthy set of growth figures and believed that we are well positioned to become a true European Heavyweight in a very competitive market."

The Group was also named runner up in the Best Growth Category and Product Innovation Category for Netintelligence e-safety and Parental Control solution.

At a separate event in London, iomart Hosting was named runner up in the "Best Storage Hosting Company Category" at the National Storage Awards.
