Users on A4u are smart and probably don't use them

I used them a while back but only briefly. Had hoped they things had improved but a quick google and its Déjà vu.
Still the same sort of problems and lots of angry customers. So didn't use them. They have been bought by another company earlier this year - which also owns 123reg/webfusion i think.

I was a customer with Heart Internet between 2004 and 2010
This included two reseller accounts
I still have an account, but solely for Domain Names now
What would you like to know?

The net is riddled with negative feedback for Heart and Fasthosts. The reality is that they are both great companies to deal with and I've never had a bad word to say about either of them. I'm currently with Fasthosts for most of my projects but still a few little things going on with Heart. Personally I'd recommend them
