Hi

My new hosting company uses cpanel

Is there any way from cpanel I can unzip a .gz file ?

Why not ask your webhost? I imagine they offer technical support?

I must apologise for my ignorance.

Unfortunatelly I don't deal with the 'techsupport' side of things, feel free to open a ticket (as many as you need, as that is what our team is there for) by emailing supportATbeamhost. My job is more sales, new products etc...

But anyhow, welcome to BeamHost - I look forward to us working with you to create and maintain a succesful web site!
